A five-month old Indian company called "Ringing Bells" has produced a $4 smartphone. Seriously. The phone comes with Android Lollipop 5.1, 1.3gHZ processor, 8 gigabytes of storage and a 3.2 megapixel camera.
That's pretty good for a $4 phone.
